Kapatid stars are earning recognition for their talents, securing nominations across several categories in the TAG Media Chicago Awards 2026.
The award-giving body revealed the nominees on its official social media account, covering 19 categories in total.
From the 2025 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry “Manila’s Finest” produced by MQuest Ventures, Cignal, and Spring Films, Piolo Pascual and Cedrick Juan earned nominations for TAG Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor in film categories, respectively.
Kapatid Primetime star Kiko Estrada received a nomination for TAG Best Actor in TV/online series for his role in “Carlo J. Caparasʼ Totoy Bato.” Other notable TV/online series nominees include Sid Lucero (Best Supporting Actor for Lumuhod Ka Sa Lupa), Claudine Barretto (Totoy Bato), and Sarah Lahbati (Lumuhod Ka Sa Lupa) for Best Supporting Actress.
Rising love teams also gained recognition, with Andres Muhlach and Ashtine Olviga (AshDres) nominated for TAG Best Loveteam alongside Rabin Angeles and Angela Muji (RabGel).
Andres Muhlach is also up for TAG Breakthrough Celebrity of the Year, while Angela Muji and fellow VIVA artist Aubrey Caraan are nominated for TAG Most Promising Female Star. The TAG Most Promising Male Star category features Dylan Menor (Project Loki) and VIVA artist Andre Yllana.
Voting began on March 20 and will run until March 31, with winners scheduled to be announced on April 4.
