MQuest Ventures and Cignal TV Inc. are officially returning to the Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) this 2025 with their latest entry, “Manila’s Finest”, one of the first four films announced in the festival’s initial lineup.
The upcoming crime-thriller stars acclaimed Kapamilya actor Piolo Pascual and will be directed by Rae Red, known for her gritty and socially-charged works such as Babae at Baril, Tenement 66, Kagat ng Dilim, and Roadkillers.
“Manila’s Finest” marks another major MMFF outing for MQuest Ventures and Cignal TV, who are fast becoming festival staples thanks to critically acclaimed and box office successes such as Big Night, GomBurZa, and The Kingdom.
The 2025 MMFF opens in cinemas nationwide starting December 25.
