TV5 is set to expand its 2026 drama lineup with the acclaimed South Korean series “Reborn Rich”, premiering March 9 at 4:45 PM on the network’s Hapon Champion block, following The World of the Married.
“Reborn Rich” originally aired on JTBC in South Korea from November 18 to December 25, 2022.
The fantasy-revenge drama stars Song Joong‑ki as Yoon Hyun-woo, a loyal executive of the powerful Soonyang Group who is betrayed and murdered by the wealthy family he serves.
After his death, he is mysteriously reborn in 1987 into the body of Jin Do-joon, the family’s youngest grandson, using his knowledge of the future to plot revenge and climb the corporate ladder.
Adapted from a popular web novel, the series became a cultural phenomenon, earning critical acclaim and record-breaking viewership ratings, making it one of the highest-rated cable dramas in Korean television history.
