The Kapatid Network is set to roll out key changes to its primetime programming beginning Monday, January 19, strengthening its commitment to balanced news, compelling drama, and dynamic late-night content for Filipino viewers.

This is followed by TV5’s flagship newscast, Frontline Pilipinas, airing at 6:15 PM and anchored by Cheryl Cosim, Julius Babao, and Jervi Wrightson (KaladKaren), delivering in-depth and timely national coverage.
Action-packed drama continues at 8:00 PM with Carlo J. Caparas’ Totoy Bato, a Studio VIVA and MQuest Ventures production starring Kiko Estrada, Diego Loyzaga, Claudine Barretto, Mark Anthony Fernandez, and Eula Valdez. The series remains a strong pillar of TV5’s primetime offerings.
Beginning 8:45 PM, the Kapatid Network brings back its highly talked-about collaboration dramas with ABS-CBN Studios.
Nag-aapoy na Damdamin takes over the 8:45 PM slot, followed immediately by Pira-Pirasong Paraiso at 9:30 PM, reintroducing emotionally driven storytelling to the primetime lineup.
The late-night news program Frontline Tonight moves to an earlier 10:15 PM slot, providing viewers with a comprehensive wrap-up of the day’s top stories. At 11:00 PM, TV5 airs re-runs of iconic News5 documentaries, reinforcing the network’s dedication to in-depth journalism and public service.
Closing the night is Vibe Nights, which remains at 11:30 PM, featuring live episodes from Wednesday to Friday and offering a fresh, music-driven experience for night viewers.
With this refreshed primetime lineup, the Kapatid Network continues to strengthen its programming strategy—combining credible news, powerful dramas, and engaging entertainment to serve a broad and evolving audience.
