What was meant to be a night of celebration at the VIVArkada Grand Fan Concert turned sour after VIVA talent and Avenues of the Diamond star Lance Carr reportedly lost his mobile phone to theft on Friday, August 15.
The incident happened while Lance and his on-screen partner Aubrey Caraan were being swarmed by fans. Amid the chaos, Lance’s phone went missing, leaving the young star alarmed.
His close friend Marco Gallo quickly came to his aid, even offering a ₱20,000 cash reward for anyone who could return the stolen device.
Marco later took to Instagram, sharing multiple video angles showing the moment Lance and Aubrey were mobbed by fans. In the clips, a woman’s suspicious movements were caught on camera, though Marco was careful not to make direct accusations.
In his post, Marco wrote:
“After tonight’s concert, a phone belonging to our friend Lance went missing in the crowd. Thanks to the help of some kind people, we were able to gather video from different angles showing a certain individual during the time of the incident.
While we cannot make any conclusions without certainty, the footage does raise questions.

Reports also surfaced that several fans fell victim to theft during the same event, losing valuable belongings.
As of writing, VIVA Entertainment has yet to release an official statement regarding the incident.
