Viva Communications, Inc. has taken a bold step into the future of Filipino entertainment, sealing a three-year first-look development and production agreement with Webtoon Productions. The landmark partnership is set to further cement Viva’s position as the leading producer of hit Wattpad adaptations while bringing Filipino stories to a wider international audience.
Under the deal, Viva One—the fast-rising streaming platform with over four million subscribers in 90 countries—will have exclusive access to upcoming screen adaptations of popular Wattpad titles, many of which have already amassed huge fan bases both locally and abroad.
