Everything is set for the grand launching of the highly anticipated game show Wilyonaryo this Sunday, January 25.
During a media conference, television host-producer Willie Revillame expressed his gratitude to the networks that have supported him throughout his career — ABS-CBN, GMA Network, and TV5 — for giving him opportunities to bring joy and inspiration to Filipinos.
“Hindi ako mabibigyan ng ABS-CBN, hindi ako bibigyan ni MVP (Manny V. Pangilinan), sa TV5 ng sariling show sa primetime, hindi rin ako bibigyan ng GMA, ni Ms. Annette (Gozon-Valdez), Mr. (Gilberto) Duavit, Mr. (Felipe) Gozon ng a primetime show, binigyan pa ako ng sariling studio,” Revillame said, underscoring the trust and support he has received.
Revillame confirmed that Wilyonaryo will not air on TV5, citing certain elements of the game show that are not suitable for a free-to-air channel. However, discussions are ongoing with other free TV networks that may carry the program in the future.
For now, Wilyonaryo will premiere on WilTV, Channel 10 on Cignal cable, and will also be available online via wilyonaryo.com.
The launch marks Revillame’s return to primetime entertainment, promising a fresh and exciting experience for viewers nationwide.
