Streaming platform Cignal Play has officially partnered with e-wallet provider Maya to improve subscription payment options and enhance user access to digital content.
In a joint statement, both companies confirmed the collaboration, which will introduce more seamless payment methods along with promotional offerings tied to user engagement.
“We’ve agreed to do a mix of user trial tied to their loyalty program and paid subscription offers as quick wins,” Cignal Play said.
Cignal Play offers a range of digital content, including microdrama series produced by MQuest Ventures in partnership with Studio VIVA. The platform also provides livestream access to free TV channels such as TV5, RPTV, and One PH, as well as archived programs from the Kapatid Network.
Both Cignal Play and Maya are part of the MVP Group led by business tycoon Manny V. Pangilinan, who also heads MediaQuest Holdings, the parent company of TV5.
The partnership is expected to strengthen digital accessibility and provide more convenient payment solutions for Filipino viewers.
