The management of TV5 Network, Inc. and the ABC-5 Employees Union have officially signed a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) covering the years 2025 to 2030, marking a significant milestone in advancing employee welfare and strengthening collaboration within the network.
Present during the signing were TV5 Network, Inc. President and CEO Guido Zaballero, Union Bargaining Panel President and Chairperson Daniel Emir Tumanon, and MediaQuest Holdings, Inc. President and CEO Jane Jimenez-Basas.
The agreement was finalized following a productive series of negotiations held from September to October 2025.
In a statement, the ABC-5 Employees Union described the ratification as a historic achievement, emphasizing that the new CBA reinforces the network’s commitment to uphold the rights, welfare, and growth of its employees while fostering a stronger, more collaborative partnership between management and the workforce.
