Controversial TV host and comedian Willie Revillame is reportedly not returning to TV5, according to reliable sources familiar with the matter.
Insiders revealed that it was Revillame’s own camp that informed the network management of his decision not to come back to the Kapatid Network, though the exact reason behind his withdrawal remains unclear.
Meanwhile, construction continues for TV5’s new building at Reliance, Mandaluyong City, which is expected to benefit the network’s flagship noontime show “EAT… Bulaga!” and the weekend music program “VIBE.”
Revillame made his comeback to TV5 last year through the pre-primetime game show “Wil To Win.” However, the show ended after several months as he pursued a Senate bid in the 2025 midterm elections, where he failed to secure a spot in the Top 12.
As of press time, neither Revillame nor TV5 has issued an official statement regarding the matter.
