The Kapatid Network has officially raised anticipation for its upcoming medical drama The Good Doctor after unveiling exclusive behind-the-scenes footage from the cast’s recent photoshoot.
In a series of social media updates, TV5 Entertainment introduced the powerhouse ensemble set to localize the globally acclaimed story for Filipino audiences.

Leading the cast is Iñigo Pascual, who steps into the challenging role of Dr. Dong, a young surgical resident navigating the medical field while living with autism and savant syndrome. The adaptation reimagines the 2017 American hit through a distinctly Filipino lens.

Joining Pascual is a stellar lineup of seasoned actors including Janella Salvador, Mylene Dizon, Gelli de Belen, and Ryan Agoncillo. The supporting cast features Gabby Padilla, Matet de Leon, Jeffrey Tam, Macoy Dubs, and James Blanco, alongside rising talents Dylan Menor and Pearl Gonzales.

Helmed by director Derick Cabrido, the series is a collaborative production between TV5 Entertainment, MQuest Ventures, CreaZion Studios, and Spring Films.
With its compelling narrative and strong ensemble, The Good Doctor is poised to make a significant mark when it premieres on TV5’s primetime block later this year.
