GLOBE ENTERPRISE DATA REVENUE REACHES RECORD HIGH IN FIRST HALF

Globe Telecom Inc. recorded its highest first-half corporate data performance in recent years, driven by robust enterprise investments in digital solutions and network connectivity.

The telecommunications company reported a 15% year-on-year increase in enterprise data revenues, reaching ₱11 billion for the first six months ending June 30. Second-quarter sales also hit a record ₱5.9 billion, supported by strong demand for domestic internet, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and business applications.

Corporate clients are increasingly adopting integrated technology packages to streamline operations rather than relying solely on basic internet services.

“Businesses are increasingly treating digital transformation as fundamental to how they operate, serve their customers, and prepare for future growth,” Globe Chief Commercial Officer Darius Delgado said in a statement.

“The sustained demand we are seeing reflects the importance enterprises place on reliable connectivity and technology that can help them become more efficient, resilient and competitive,” he added.

To support expanding data requirements across corporate and consumer sectors, Globe allocated ₱26.3 billion in capital expenditures during the first half, directing 91% toward network infrastructure and service enhancement.

At its G Summit 2026 enterprise conference, the company outlined plans to capture larger accounts by bundling connectivity with automation, cloud, and cybersecurity services.

“Our focus is to grow alongside our enterprise customers, helping them turn technology into meaningful business outcomes,” Delgado said.

Globe Business stated it will continue expanding its infrastructure as Philippine organizations maintain investments in secure digital infrastructure and productivity tools.
