VIBE PLUS continues its celebration of Original Pilipino Music with another lively episode packed with live performances, rising artists, special guests, and fan-favorite moments.
The Saturday edition opened with performances from the VIBE JOCKS and JUNIOR JOCKS, who set the tone for the show with their opening numbers “Kapangyarihan,” “Puede Nang Mangarap,” and “DUNGKA!”
The energy intensified with the arrival of rising P-pop group WRIVE, which made its appearance on the VIBE stage through VIBE SPOT, performing its latest comeback single, “Sumayaw Ka,” featuring Cianne.
WRIVE member Ishiro shared how the group came together and eventually created its own version of the Gloc-9 classic.
“Nagstart po kaming lahat na bilang parte ng isang survival reality program, at Sumayaw Ka, and yun nga po, nabuo ang Sumayaw Ka dahil sa mga covers namin. And naging maganda ang reception ng mga tao so, natural lang na ginawa namin na version namin and syempre nagpaalam po kami kay Sir Gloc.”
The episode also celebrated Starworx artist Vienne Luna, who recently emerged as the female grand winner of Century Tuna Superbods 2026. Luna talked about the hard work, discipline, and dedication that helped her reach the milestone while expressing appreciation for the supporters who have continued to stand by her throughout her competition journey.
Starworx artists also took the VIBE stage for a performance of Sarah Geronimo’s hit song “Alam,” featuring John Roa.
Adding to the episode’s kilig factor was Iñigo Pascual, who made his first appearance on the VIBE stage. The singer-performer treated viewers to his 2016 hit “Dahil Sa’Yo” as well as his latest single, “Pag Dating Ng Panahon,” on LEGIT VIBE.
Pascual expressed his gratitude that “Dahil Sa’Yo” continues to make an impact on the OPM scene. He also explained the inspiration behind his newest release.
“Actually is connected to my last release which is Ikaw at Ikaw” basically ang sinabi nito na ikaw at ikaw pa rin ang pagdating ng panahon, ikaw pa rin uuwian ko.
VIBE PLUS likewise celebrated the birthday of VIBE Jock Gigi with a special musical showcase featuring “Kay Ganda Ng Ating Musika,” “Sirena,” “Lagabog” with Bugoy Drillon, “Dati” with Jex De Castro, and “Bituing Walang Ningning.”
Bugoy Drillon and Jex De Castro shared messages about their own struggles and musical journeys while highlighting Gigi’s growth and the strength she has developed throughout her career. Gigi, meanwhile, expressed her gratitude to her supporters and thanked God for the blessing of another milestone.
The episode also welcomed Asia’s Fearless Diva Jona to LEGIT VIBE, where she performed three songs: “Matibay” with VIBE Jock Carmela, “Maghihintay Ako,” and her rendition of “Pusong Ligaw.”
Jona shared her appreciation for finally performing on the VIBE stage and said she enjoyed the experience. She also invited fans to her upcoming concert, “Jona Chapters,” happening on November 14, with proceeds going toward animal welfare advocacy.
Meanwhile, excitement continues to build around the MAIN VIBE leaderboard as the program prepares for another major voting announcement.
Fans can also look forward to performances from Asia’s Nightingale Lani Misalucha and Rocksteddy in the upcoming Saturday episode.
