Eight-member project girl group UNIS will officially conclude full-group activities on Saturday, September 26, 2026, as their exclusive two-and-a-half-year management contract with agency F&F Entertainment comes to an end.
Formed through SBS’s 2023–2024 reality survival program Universe Ticket, UNIS made their official debut on March 27, 2024, with their first mini-album WE UNIS. Following ongoing discussions regarding the project’s fixed 30-month term, F&F Entertainment confirmed that both the agency and members agreed to conclude group promotions as originally scheduled.
“The company and the members have continuously discussed the contract period and the direction of their future activities,” F&F Entertainment stated. “After thorough discussions, we have ultimately decided to conclude UNIS’s official activities as a full group in accordance with the originally scheduled contract period.”
The agency expressed deep appreciation for members Jin Hyeonju, Nana, Gehlee Dangca, Kotoko, Bang Yunha, Elisia Parmisano, Oh Yoona, and Lim Seowon, pledging continued support as they transition into individual endeavors. F&F Entertainment also extended heartfelt gratitude to the group’s global fandom, EverAfter, for their unwavering dedication throughout the group’s journey.
UNIS established an exceptionally strong footprint in the Philippines, driven by the popularity of Filipina members Elisia Parmisano and Gehlee Dangca, alongside Filipino-Korean leader Jin Hyeonju. A key landmark in their career was their headline performance at Otaku Pop Fes 2026 at Okada Manila, where they performed as the event’s sole K-pop headliner before thousands of local fans.
Throughout their 30-month run, UNIS achieved notable international milestones, including a 14-city tour across the Americas, sold-out fan meetings in Tokyo and Manila, and hits such as “SUPERWOMAN,” “Curious,” “SWICY,” and “Spring Rain.”
Ahead of their contract expiration, the group released their final digital single, “Milky Way,” on September 23 as a musical tribute to their supporters. Following September 26, the members will return to their home agencies or pursue individual projects, marking the end of a memorable chapter in recent K-pop history.
