ABS-CBN Corporation’s film production outfit, Star Cinema, has officially unveiled the second trailer for its upcoming romantic drama, “Tayo Sa Wakas,” offering a deeper look into the highly anticipated movie.
The film stars the “New-Gen Phenomenal Love Team” of Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano—popularly known as “DonBelle.” The story follows long-time couple Cisco (Donny) and Cheska (Belle) whose once-thriving partnership turns strained as their personal ambitions push them onto competing paths.
To determine if their relationship is worth saving, they embark on a promised road trip they planned when they were still happy to decide if they should finally break up.
Helmed by box-office filmmaker and “master romance story-teller” Cathy Garcia-Sampana, the project carries bittersweet weight for fans. Donny and Belle previously confirmed that “Tayo Sa Wakas” will serve as the final project of their love team for the time being, allowing both actors to focus on their individual growth as artists.
“Tayo Sa Wakas” is set to premiere in cinemas nationwide on Wednesday, May 27.
