At the ceremony, President Marcos lauded the PSC personnel for their steadfast commitment and essential contribution to safeguarding state stability.
He noted that defending the country’s leadership demands exceptional capability, strict discipline, and continuous alertness.
The President also inspired the troops to take pride in their upgraded base, encouraging them to view the facility as a “second home” while they carry out their missions.
