Media giants ABS-CBN and TV5 are strengthening their programming alliance with the launch of the Kapamilya Network’s movie block, “Blockbusters sa Umaga,” on the Kapatid Network starting this Monday.
Formerly known as “Kapamilya Blockbusters,” the program draws from ABS-CBN’s extensive library of foreign and locally-produced films, featuring both critically acclaimed award-winners and massive box-office hits.
The premier week lineup starting Monday, June 29, includes the following films:
- June 29: The Commuter, a 2018 action-thriller starring Liam Neeson
- June 30: Guardians of the Tomb, a 2018 adventure movie
- July 1: Red Line, a 2009 sci-fi film
- July 2: The Osiris Child, a 2016 sci-fi drama
- July 3: Shin Godzilla, a 2016 horror-action feature
Audiences can catch “Blockbusters sa Umaga” beginning Monday, June 29, at 8:30 AM simultaneously on Kapamilya Channel, ABS-CBN on ALLTV2, and TV5, with a delayed broadcast at 10:00 AM on A2Z.
