Rising actress-singer Ashtine Olviga, known as one half of the groundbreaking loveteam AshDres, is ready to mark a new milestone in her career with the release of her debut single on April 22.
VIVA Records, the recording arm of VIVA Communications, confirmed the launch, describing it as a significant step for Olviga, who has steadily built her reputation both as a performer and actress.
Olviga first gained recognition as a member of two P-Pop groups before breaking out in the 2025 digital series Ang Mutya ng Section E. Her heartfelt rendition of “Sa Bawat Sandali,” originally by OPM singer Amiel Sol, became a standout moment in the series.
She later lent her voice to “Sa Panaginip Na Lang,” the theme song of the film Wonderful Nightmare starring Jerald Napoles and Kim Molina, and “Minamahal,” the theme song of her first lead film of the same title alongside perennial on-screen partner Andres Muhlach.
With her debut single now on the horizon, Olviga is poised to further establish herself as both a versatile actress and a promising recording artist.
