MANILA, Philippines — Character actor Baron Geisler broke his silence following renewed public attention on his personal life, reassuring fans that he is doing fine and staying with his family.
“See you all soon,” the actor shared in a social media video uploaded on Thursday, October 1.
Addressing the online chatter, Geisler dismissed what he described as “false news,” though he did not specify which particular reports he was referring to.
He also expressed appreciation to everyone who reached out with concern, confirming that he is safe and accompanied by his children.
“Yes, I am well and I am able, and I am so grateful na kasama ko ang mga anak ko,” he said.
“I want you to know that I’m well and I’m safe. I’m home and with my family,” Geisler added. “God is good and soon I’ll be very busy again.”
His video response follows recent statements from his wife, Jaime Evangelista, who mentioned in a previous interview that the actor was “recovering in a treatment facility” under professional care. Geisler did not directly address his wife’s comments in his upload.
Looking ahead, the actor hinted at an upcoming return to acting, though he kept details about the project under wraps.
“Hindi pa pwedeng sabihin kung sinong kasama ko,” he said.
The couple previously sparked online speculation after unfollowing each other on Instagram. This came after cryptic posts by Evangelista—which were later taken down—concerning a married employer and a personal assistant.
Evangelista also made headlines in July after suggesting in a deleted comment that Geisler should undergo drug rehabilitation.
Neither Geisler nor Evangelista has officially confirmed if their marriage is facing troubles.
