Filipino P-Pop group BINI has achieved another milestone on the international stage after being named a Global Force honoree at the 2026 Billboard Women in Music awards.
The recognition underscores the group’s growing influence in the global music industry and highlights the rising power of Philippine pop (P-Pop) worldwide.
BINI follows in the footsteps of solo artist Sarah Geronimo, who became the first Filipino recipient of the honor in 2024.
The announcement came just hours before BINI’s historic debut at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, where the eight-member girl group performed on the Mojave stage on April 10, 2026 — marking the first time a Filipino act has graced the iconic festival.
Other honorees at this year’s Billboard Women in Music include Kehlani, Tate McRae, Zara Larsson, and several more international stars.
The awards ceremony will take place on April 29, 2026, at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles and will be streamed live on Billboard’s official platforms.
