Following Vice Ganda’s unexpected contract signing with TV5 and MediaQuest Holdings, Kapamilya Primetime King Coco Martin may be the next major talent to collaborate directly with the Kapatid Network.
Industry sources reveal that preliminary discussions are currently underway among Martin, ABS-CBN, and TV5 to explore potential entertainment ventures. The prospective lineup includes a feature film under the Kapatid Network alongside a television series intended for exclusive broadcast on TV5.
At present, TV5, ABS-CBN, and Martin’s management have yet to finalize or execute a formal agreement regarding the proposed ventures.
The development follows Vice Ganda’s August 13 contract signing with MediaQuest Holdings and TV5, a multi-project deal established in coordination with his home station, ABS-CBN.
Martin continues to maintain a strong presence on TV5, where his Kapamilya primetime action series, “Coco Martin’s Sigabo,” currently airs.
