The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking public assistance in locating Austin Jan Sy Yatco, a Filipino national accused of participating in a digital child exploitation ring. The FBI’s Dallas Field Office is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to his identification and arrest.
A federal arrest warrant was issued for Yatco on January 23, 2026, by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
He faces charges of conspiracy to produce child pornography and conspiracy to receive and distribute child pornography. The alleged crimes occurred between 2019 and 2021.
Yatco is reportedly linked to “Greggy’s Cult”, an online network accused of targeting minors through gaming and social media platforms. The group allegedly coerced victims into producing illegal materials, committed acts of animal cruelty, and in some cases encouraged self-harm.

We encourage the public to come forward with any information that could lead to his apprehension,” Rothrock said.
