The City of Manila has recognized ten exceptional youth leaders for their exemplary service, leadership, and community impact, highlighting the vital role of the younger generation in local progress and nation-building.
Manila Vice Mayor Chi Atienza, Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation President Juliana Ibay, and Youth Development and Welfare Bureau Officer-in-Charge John Daniel Layno spearheaded the awarding ceremony held on June 18.
City officials noted that the honorees were selected for their dedicated public service, successful grassroots programs, and active role in youth empowerment.
Beyond their individual achievements, these awardees were praised for inspiring their peers and helping build a more progressive, inclusive Manila.
