SEOUL, South Korea — South Korean celebrity couple Park Shin-hye and Choi Tae-joon have officially expanded their family with the arrival of their second child, a baby girl.
The announcement was made by Park’s agency, SALT Entertainment, through a statement reported by Korean entertainment site Soompi.
“Park Shin Hye gave birth to a healthy daughter today,” the agency stated.
“Both the mother and the baby are currently healthy. Park Shin Hye is resting and recovering amid the love and care of her family.”
The actors first began dating in 2017 before marrying in January 2022. They became first-time parents later that year when they welcomed their son in May.
Both stars recently wrapped up major television projects, with Park appearing in tvN’s “Undercover Miss Hong” and Choi starring in KBS2’s “Iron Family.”
