British indie pop quartet PREP is set to return to Manila this October, continuing its long-running connection with Filipino listeners nearly a decade after the band first performed in the Philippines.
The London-based group will take the stage at the Filinvest Tent in Alabang on October 15 as part of its 2026 Asia tour. The concert, presented by Karpos Multimedia, will be a standing-room-only event.
Fans can once again experience PREP’s signature combination of indie pop, jazz-inspired harmonies, R&B rhythms and synth-based production in a live setting.
Since its formation in London in 2015, PREP has developed a strong following in the Philippines and has made several appearances in the country. The group previously joined the Wanderland Music Festival lineup in 2019, further strengthening its ties with Filipino audiences.
PREP consists of vocalist Tom Havelock, keyboardist Llywelyn ap Myrddin, drummer Guillaume Jambel and producer Daniel Radclyffe, who is not related to actor Daniel Radcliffe of Harry Potter fame.
The band’s musical identity reflects its members’ varied influences, incorporating elements of classical music, house, hip-hop, R&B and jazz into its polished yet laid-back sound.
PREP’s latest release is the EP One Day In The Sun, which arrived in January 2026. The project includes “Do What You Gotta,” featuring Taiwanese synth-pop group Sunset Rollercoaster.
The band’s Philippine debut came in 2017, followed by another appearance in 2018. Its scheduled 2020 Asia tour was later canceled because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
PREP eventually made its way back to Manila in November 2022, performing a sold-out show at Samsung Hall in SM Aura, Taguig City.
Its upcoming October concert will give Filipino fans another opportunity to see the quartet perform live and continue a relationship with the group that has spanned almost a decade.
