After weathering a tight opening frame, the Thunder engineered a powerful second-half surge, breaking the game wide open in the fourth quarter to snatch home-court advantage.
San Antonio held a 31-26 lead at the end of the first quarter, but Oklahoma City flipped the script in the second period, outscoring the hosts to carry a 58-51 cushion into halftime. The Thunder sustained their rhythm in the third quarter, stretching the lead to 95-84 before delivering the final knockout punch in the fourth to wrap up the crucial road win.
Oklahoma City relied on a balanced attack to dismantle the Spurs’ defense:
- Shai Gilgeous-Alexander orchestrated the offense with a stellar double-double of 26 points and 12 assists.
- Jared McCain provided a massive scoring lift with 24 points.
- Jaylin Williams chipped in an efficient 18 points and 5 rebounds.

San Antonio’s effort was spearheaded by Victor Wembanyama, who matched a game-high 26 points along with 4 rebounds.
