MQuest Ventures and Studio Viva are officially bringing the highly anticipated live-action adaptation of the smash-hit Wattpad mystery series, Project Loki, to free-to-air television via TV5 beginning May 23, 2026.
The series, which initially built a massive following during its digital streaming run on Viva One and Cignal Play, tracks the complex investigations of the high school sleuths from the QED Club. Helmed by actor-director Xian Lim, the television broadcast aims to capture an even wider nationwide audience.

Stellar Cast and Creative Vision
Based on the wildly popular online novel penned by Cris Ibarra (popularly known as AkoSiIbarra), Project Loki follows the brilliant but reclusive high school detective Loki Mendez, played by rising star Dylan Menor, alongside his sharp-witted partner Lorelei Rios, portrayed by singer-actress Jayda Avanzado.
The main ensemble is rounded out by Marco Gallo as Luthor Mendez, Yumi Garcia as Jamie Santiago, and Martin Venegas as Alistair Ravena.

During a recent story conference highlighting the powerhouse collaboration between the production houses, the creators expressed extreme confidence in how the transition from screen to page—and now to a major television network—will resonate with longtime book fans and general TV viewers alike.

”Watch Jayda Avanzado, Marco Gallo, Yumi Garcia, Martin Venegas, and Kurt Delos Reyes of Project Loki take on this ultimate mind game! Abangan sila bilang Lori, Luthor, Jamie, Alistair at Stein sa Project Loki,” the network shared in an official digital promotional showcase teasing the upcoming launch.
A Powerful Studio Partnership
The free-TV broadcast of the series serves as another milestone project for MQuest Ventures—the entertainment arm of MediaQuest Holdings and TV5—and Studio Viva. The two media giants have been actively collaborating to bridge the gap between digital-first content and mainstream broadcasting, using TV5’s robust network reach to deliver premium, youth-oriented content.

With its intricate plotlines, deceptive masterminds, and Gen-Z-driven cast, the television debut of the series is heavily positioned to dominate weekend programming blocks.
Project Loki officially opens its televised case files on May 23, only on TV5.
