Leading event organizer Cosplay.ph has officially launched CosMeet 2026: Shimmering Sapphire, transforming Cove Manila at Okada Manila into an expansive pop-culture, gaming, and cosplay destination on October 24–25, 2026. Serving as the fifth chapter in the ongoing Prisma Saga series, the free-admission, two-day convention unites cosplayers, collectors, idol performers, and global special guests within one of the country’s premier entertainment venues.
Headlining the convention’s guest roster is globally renowned Chinese cosplayer Weian Vann, who is making an exclusive appearance across the weekend. Fans can participate in dedicated meet-and-greet sessions and access official prints and limited-edition merchandise directly at the venue.
The event’s All-Star Avenue showcases top local cosplay talent, featuring personalities such as Liabear, Katiecakey x Gyoza, Jane Yu Cosplay, and Pomponmy x Kousei. To support content creators and attendees, a designated photography area has been staged to allow photographers and cosplayers to conduct professional photoshoots using Cove Manila’s distinct architectural backdrop.
The convention floor hosts over 100 exhibitor booths and FanFair artist tables packed with anime merchandise, official collectibles, and pop-up displays celebrating franchises such as Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, ALIEN STAGE, and Hatsune Miku.
A major highlight of the exhibition hall is the return of the “Ready, Set, Auction!” stage event, giving attendees the opportunity to bid on rare anime figures, memorabilia, and pop-culture items with starting bids set as low as ₱1.
The two-day stage schedule features live musical performances by MiQx on Day 1, followed by ShounenJam taking the stage on Day 2. Interactive crowd challenges run throughout the weekend, including the Ani-song It! karaoke challenge, the Duo Dash cosplay showcase, and the Geo Hunter mystery challenge.
Embracing the Halloween season, the stage program features a supernatural-themed Solo Cosplay Catwalk. Competitors will vie for awards across specialized categories, including Best Creature, King and Queen of the Underworld, and the coveted Overlord Champion title.
