STAY DETERMINED: ‘UNDERTALE: THE DETERMINATION SYMPHONY’ HEADED TO MANILA THIS OCTOBER

Local gamers and live music enthusiasts are set to experience the magic of one of indie gaming’s most celebrated soundtracks live on stage. UNDERTALE: The Determination Symphony will make its Philippine debut on October 17, 2026, at the Proscenium Theater in Makati City, marking a major Manila stop on the game’s first international world tour in celebration of its 10th anniversary.

Journeying Through the Underground

Brought to the Philippines by Film Concerts PH in partnership with SOHO Live, the production brings together live orchestral music and high-definition gameplay visuals projected on a large screen. The performance will feature the 25-piece Filharmonika Orchestra, led by conductor Thanapol Setabrahmana, guiding the audience through the emotional journey of the protagonist Frisk across iconic locations including the Ruins, Snowdin, Waterfall, Hotland, and New Home.

The concert features newly arranged orchestral renditions personally curated by Undertale creator and composer Toby Fox. Developed by Lambert Jackson and Materia Music with orchestrations by Adam Hoskins, the score expands upon the game’s original 8-bit and synth-driven melodies for a full symphonic ensemble. Expressing his enthusiasm for the production, Fox shared, “UNDERTALE is a game with a lot of music. It’s good when skilled professionals play the music, and people listen to it.”

Fans looking to secure their seats can participate in an exclusive Community Pre-Sale starting August 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM for registered Film Concerts PH community members. Public ticket sales will subsequently open on August 11, 2026, at 12:00 PM via Ticketmelon.

A Celebration of Fandom and Community
