Streaming service Prime Video has released the teaser trailer for its upcoming drama series, Honor Thy Mother, starring veteran Kapamilya actress-singer Sharon Cuneta and Kapuso young star Barbie Forteza.
Co-produced by Dreamscape Entertainment alongside ABS-CBN Studios, GMA Network, and Prime Video, the ensemble cast also features John Estrada and Khalil Ramos.
The project marks the latest venture in the ongoing partnership between former rival networks GMA and ABS-CBN.
Their recent collaborations include the hit series Unbreak My Heart, The Secrets of Hotel 88, two seasons of Pinoy Big Brother Collab, the blockbuster film Hello, Love, Goodbye, and the broadcast of the Kapamilya noontime show It’s Showtime on GMA-7.
Honor Thy Mother is set to premiere on Prime Video this September, with a television broadcast scheduled on GMA-7’s primetime block shortly after.
