Thousands of Kapamilya fans lined the major streets of Metro Manila on Saturday despite intermittent rain showers to welcome Coco Martin and Julia Montes during a grand motorcade for their upcoming action-comedy primetime series, Sigabo.
Jointly produced by ABS-CBN Studios and CCM Film Productions, the event officially kicked off the promotional campaign for the highly anticipated television reunion of the lead stars, drawing massive crowds from Pasay City to Manila.

The promotional caravan started around 1:00 p.m. in Baclaran, Pasay City, where eager spectators had gathered early. The convoy then made its way through several key districts, including Quiapo, Divisoria, Tondo, and Blumentritt.
Large crowds gathered along the route, causing temporary traffic slowdowns as supporters waited to take photographs, wave at the stars, and display banners showing their excitement for the series.
Spectators cheered as Martin and Montes waved to the crowd, with many fans attempting to get handshakes, selfies, and brief interactions with the actors.

Joining the lead tandem on the float were fellow ensemble cast members, including Shaina Magdayao, Denise Laurel, Lorna Tolentino, Angel Aquino, John Estrada, Christopher de Leon, Lito Lapid, Mark Lapid, Mammoth, and other co-stars.
Sigabo is set to premiere on June 22 at 8:00 p.m. The series will be broadcast across multiple platforms, including the Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, iWant, TFC, A2Z, and ABS-CBN on ALLTV.
Meanwhile, industry sources indicate that executives from ABS-CBN and TV5 are reportedly in discussions regarding the potential return of selected ABS-CBN programs to TV5’s main free-to-air channel. However, no official announcement has been released confirming an agreement or whether Sigabo will be part of the broadcast lineup.
