Fresh off the massive success of her twin singles “Love Like U” and “Nasaan Ka Na?,” actress-singer Ashtine Olviga took to social media to express her profound gratitude to everyone who supported her unexpected musical journey.
The “Nation’s Mutya” admitted that entering the music industry was initially outside her comfort zone.
“I only ever wanted to be an actress. I was so scared of singing, so imagine becoming a singer — and now, having an original song on my own. It was never in my bingo card,” Ashtine said on her social media account.
Reflecting on her growth as a recording artist, Olviga shared that both tracks hold a deeply personal significance for her.
“This song is so close to my heart. It’s proof that when you pour your heart into something, and pair it with faith, you can make it. It’s also a reminder that even pain can be beautiful,” she said.
The breakout star also made sure to credit the creative minds who guided her behind the scenes, giving a special shout-out to her record label and producer.
