Actress Carmina Villaroel is reportedly making her highly anticipated return to ABS-CBN after a multi-year stint with GMA Network, joining the star-studded lineup of the upcoming drama series “The Loyalty Game.”
Industry reports indicate that Villaroel will star in the Kapamilya production alongside real-life couple Jericho Rosales and Janine Gutierrez, who previously shared the screen in the 2024 hit revenge drama “Lavender Fields.”
The ensemble cast of the highly anticipated series is also rumored to feature Yassi Pressman, Sophia Andres, and Yen Santos, marking the latter’s official comeback to the entertainment scene.
Slated for a release later this year, “The Loyalty Game” will reportedly stream globally on Amazon Prime. It is also scheduled to broadcast across various free-to-air and cable networks, including the Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, A2Z, and ALLTV2.
Villaroel’s last major project with ABS-CBN was the 2017 romantic drama “Till I Met You,” starring alongside the popular former on- and off-screen tandem of James Reid and Nadine Lustre, before she signed with the Kapuso network.
Her most recent television project was the 2025 GMA afternoon family series “Hating Kapatid,” a unique production where she starred alongside her real-life husband Zoren Legaspi and their twin children, Mavy and Cassy Legaspi.
