IÑIGO PASCUAL RETURNS TO THE PHILIPPINES WITH NEW MOVIE, SERIES, AND ALBUM

Singer-actor Iñigo Pascual has officially returned to the Philippines to settle down permanently following his career stint in Hollywood, immediately plunging into a packed entertainment lineup.

Expressing immense joy over his homecoming, Pascual revealed that he is currently developing a new feature film, an upcoming television series, and a full-length musical album.

”I’m happy. I’m glad to be back here in the Philippines for good. It’s been quite some time since I was able to stay here nang matagal. I’m happy because I was able to work on this movie. At the same time, I’m working on my serye and making music again. I’m very happy about that,” he said.

Although his current efforts are anchored on local projects, Pascual clarified that his international career is far from over. He views his time working in the global scene as a deeply formative milestone that he intends to revisit.

”It was a great experience, and it was something that I’ll never forget. And I hope that I get to do it again in the near future,” he said.

Reflecting on his journey, the artist credited the work ethic and training he received in the local entertainment landscape as crucial foundations for his Hollywood endeavors.

He noted that the exchange of experiences between the local and foreign industries has greatly enriched his creative outlook.

”I learned a lot of things. Masasabi kong mas marami akong dinala noong pumunta ako sa States. Sobrang naging malaking training at tulong din na nagsimula ako dito sa Philippines. And going to the States, ang dami kong nadalang knowledge. And at the same time, pag-uwi ko dito, ang dami ko ring nakuha na knowledge and learnings,” he said.

Pascual is slated to star in the comedy film Drags to Riches alongside Christian Bables and Elijah Canlas, which hits SM Cinema screens on June 24. Concurrently, he is filming for TV5’s medical-drama series The Good Doctor, the official Philippine adaptation of the hit 2017 American television drama.
