City Treasurer Anthony Pulmano and his office arranged the extended hours to efficiently manage the expected surge in transactions during the current real property tax payment season.
Mayor Edwin Olivarez strongly encouraged taxpayers to utilize these convenient new options to minimize their overall tax burdens and steer clear of long lines during the final deadline rush.
Property owners are also reminded that a 10% discount applies to fourth-quarter 2026 real property tax payments settled on or before October 20.
Additionally, individuals looking to settle their next year’s taxes ahead of time can secure a 20% discount if paid by December 15, or a 16% discount for payments made between December 16 and December 31.
