VIBE turned Mother’s Day into an unforgettable OPM celebration with a jam-packed lineup for its “Mama’s VIBE” special, featuring powerful tributes, world-class collaborations, and the return of OPM legends.
The festivities kicked off with a high-energy opening from the VIBE Jocks and GEN Vs, performing “Sumayaw Sa Ilalim Ng Buwan.” The number featured a surprise appearance by Miss Universe Philippines 2026 Bea Millan-Windorski, who dazzled the crowd with her iconic “Liyad” walk and budots dance moves.

World-Class Premieres and Chart Surprises
The program introduced “VIBE DROP,” an exclusive premiere segment featuring vocal powerhouses Morissette and Jessica Sanchez. The duo debuted their collaboration “Stronger Than Before,” a track they described as an empowering anthem of healing and faith.
In the charts, girl group YARA pulled off a massive upset, clutching the “Top Uprising Song of the Week” spot with their 2024 hit “Eksena,” garnering 37.62% of the votes. Meanwhile, Spotify Tatak Pinoy LIVE headliner Jolianne made her TV debut with the dreamy “Palayo Sa Mundo.”
Viral Sensations and OG Legends
The “VIBE Spot” featured the Isla Maharlika Band and viral sensation Mommy Mila, who both brought the house down with Sexbomb Girls covers. Mommy Mila, whose collaboration video at SM Manila reached 8.3 million views, expressed her shock at her sudden fame.
