Irish pop sensations Westlife are set to reunite with their Filipino fans on January 20, 2027, for a headline performance at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
The Manila stop serves as a highlight of the Westlife 25: The Anniversary World Tour, a global celebration marking two and a half decades of the band’s musical journey. The Asian leg of the tour will also see the quartet performing in major cities including Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok, and Hong Kong.
The tour coincides with the launch of their retrospective album, 25 — The Ultimate Collection. This career-spanning record features legendary hits such as “Flying Without Wings” and “Swear It Again,” alongside fresh material.
Among the new tracks is “Chariot,” a collaboration written by Ed Sheeran and produced by Steve Mac, and the song “Your Love Amazes Me.”
In a statement released Friday, the group expressed their gratitude for their enduring career:
“What better way to mark 25 years of Westlife than with an album that brings together our biggest hits alongside new music we’re so proud of,” the group said.
“We’re beyond excited to head out on a global tour and celebrate these songs with the fans who’ve made it all possible,” the group added.
Shane Filan, Nicky Byrne, Kian Egan, and Mark Feehily will kick off the celebrations this September with a 13-date residency in Dublin before trekking across the United Kingdom and Europe.
The 2027 Asian dates follow their first major tour of continental Europe in twenty years.
