ABS-CBN Studios and CCM Film Productions have officially revealed the poster for the upcoming action-comedy series “Sigabo,” starring real-life couple Coco Martin and Julia Montes.
The series is based on an original concept by Coco Martin and is a joint production of ABS-CBN Studios, Dreamscape Entertainment, and CCM Film Productions, the actor-producer’s own film and television outfit.
Aside from leading the cast, Coco also confirmed a collaboration with singer-songwriter Yeng Constantino, who will perform the show’s official theme song.
The actor expressed confidence that viewers, particularly his loyal supporters, will enjoy “Sigabo,” which he described as a fresh offering compared to his previous action-driven television hits, “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” and “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo,” both inspired by films of the late Fernando Poe Jr.
Speaking about the newly released poster, Coco shared:
“Happy ako na magkasama kami ni Julia sa poster. Nandun lahat ng elements – ‘yung action, romance, tapos makikita mo ‘yung komunidad na gagalawan ng kwento.”
The poster highlights the show’s blend of action, romance, and community-centered storytelling, which will serve as the backdrop of the series.
“Sigabo” is set to premiere on June 22 at 8 p.m. and will be available on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, iWant, TFC, A2Z, and ABS-CBN on ALLTV2.
