BIMBY AQUINO-YAP SURPRISES RYZZA MAE DIZON ON HER 21ST BIRTHDAY ON ‘EAT BULAGA!’

Bimby Aquino-Yap made a surprise guest appearance on Eat Bulaga! on Friday, June 12, 2026, to celebrate the 21st birthday of fellow former child star Ryzza Mae Dizon. The unexpected television reunion thrilled audiences and ignited social media buzz over the duo’s natural chemistry.

The two first shared the spotlight 13 years ago in the 2013 Metro Manila Film Festival hit movie My Little Bossings, which also starred Vic Sotto and Bimby’s mother, Kris Aquino. At the time of production, Bimby was six years old and Ryzza was eight.

Following a performance of the song “Maybe This Time,” Bimby delighted the audience by revealing that Ryzza was his very first kiss, referring to a scene they shared as child actors.

When co-host Miles Ocampo asked about his favorite moments from their movie days, Bimby spoke fondly of the experience.

“Ang dami kong memories during those times. It’s beautiful talaga. Siyempre na-meet ko si Ryzza,” Bimby shared.

Throughout the segment, Bimby playfully teased the birthday girl, pointing out her visible blushing to the audience.

“Parang hindi yan blush on ah?” he joked.

When asked for his birthday wish, the 19-year-old expressed a sincere hope to rebuild their bond after years of being out of touch.

“Sana maibalik natin ang dati. Our friendship dati. Kasi, di ba, we lost contact?” he said.

He went on to praise Ryzza’s enduring humility and character over the years.

“Never change kasi from the time na I’ve known you since you were eight years old, hindi ka nagbago. So stay the same person you’ve always been. A kind, siyempre beautiful, and caring person you are,” Bimby added.

In a humorous closing remark that drew cheers from the studio audience, Bimby jokingly hinted at a possible romantic future—or at least a guaranteed spot in her wedding party.

“At saka kung hindi man maging tayo, ninong ako. Mga Dabarakads, if we don’t end up together, kailangan ako ang ninong sa kasal niya,” he said.
