TV5’S MQUEST VENTURES BAGS TOP HONORS AT 2026 ASIA-PACIFIC BROADCASTING+ AWARDS

MQuest Ventures added another feather to its cap, securing major accolades at the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting+ (APB+) Awards 2026, held May 21 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Center in Singapore.

The media company’s innovative programming took center stage, winning in two prestigious categories: Match Made for Radio and TV Cross-Platform Production, and Sing Galing Sing-lebrity Edition for Interactive Television Gaming.

The APB+ Awards annually celebrate excellence and technological innovation in television, radio, and digital media across the region. This year’s win follows a successful outing in 2025, where the MVP Group and MQuest Ventures were honored for their “Merry Ang Vibes Ng Pasko” campaign.

For the production teams behind the winning shows, the recognition serves as a testament to their dedication to Filipino viewers.

“Match Made is all about finding that perfect connection, and tonight, we’ve found it with this award!” said host DJ Ana Ramsey.

“This award is for every Filipino who finds joy in singing and celebrating through music. Maraming salamat APB+ Awards at mabuhay!” (Thank you very much APB+ Awards and long live!) added Sing Galing host Randy Santiago.

Innovation in Cross-Platform Engagement

Match Made was lauded for its pioneering hybrid format, airing simultaneously across OnePH, TrueTV, and TrueFM. By seamlessly integrating radio and television, the program created an immersive experience that combined talk, dating, and live musical performances.

The show’s reliance on audience participation—affectionately dubbed “Ka-Matchies”—was a key factor in its recognition for bridging media platforms to deliver fresh content.

Interactive Entertainment

Meanwhile, Sing Galing Sing-lebrity Edition was recognized for its unique blend of comedy, high-energy gaming, and celebrity participation. As the first-ever videoke game show in both the Philippines and Asia, the program stood out for its immersive stage production and interactive gameplay.

The season featured a rigorous competition among 48 celebrities, culminating in a final showdown that emphasized heart-centered entertainment. The show’s commitment to social responsibility was underscored by its support for “bida-ficiaries,” where celebrity contestants played to support meaningful causes.

These latest wins solidify MQuest Ventures’ standing in the Philippine media landscape, demonstrating a continued commitment to pushing creative boundaries and fostering deeper audience engagement.
