Renowned composer Vehnee Saturno has officially put an end to the recent controversy surrounding the TV5 musical program “Vibe Plus,” confirming that the matter has been resolved following a personal apology from a show official.
The dispute arose after network artist Dylan Menor performed the hit ballad “Sa Aking Puso”—a track originally popularized by Ariel Rivera—on the show without crediting Saturno as the songwriter.
Saturno shared details of the resolution online, uploading a now-deleted post featuring a screenshot of his conversation with “Vibe Plus” executive Jillmer Dy, who reached out directly to address the oversight.

“Let’s finish the issue about Sa Aking Puso of Dylan Menor. This is the message of Jillmer from TV5,” Saturno stated in his post.
Following the private dialogue, the veteran hitmaker expressed his appreciation for those supporting original Filipino music and indicated that he was moving past the incident.
“Case closed. Salamat po sa lahat who are willing to uplift OPM.”
Neither TV5 nor the production team behind “Vibe Plus” has released a separate public statement regarding the incident.
