Fan-favorite slapstick comedy short series Fate/Grand Order: Fujimaru Ritsuka wa Wakaranai (Fate/Grand Order: Ritsuka Fujimaru Doesn’t Get It) is officially returning for its fourth season.
The announcement was delivered during the “Yūshikisha Himitsu Kaigō ~Chaldea Gakuensai~” stage at the Fate/Grand Order Fes. 2026 ~11th Anniversary~ celebration, where original series creator and director Tsuchida made a surprise appearance to share the news with fans worldwide.
Broadcast Schedule and Interactive ‘Nazomaruq’ Segment
The fourth season is scheduled to premiere on Friday, August 7, 2026, at 9:00 PM JST. Episodes will air bi-weekly as a featured segment within the “Club Chaldea FGO Radio Station” broadcast program. Following their initial radio debut, episodes will be distributed globally across official Fate/Grand Order digital channels, including YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and TikTok.
Adding a fresh layer of fan engagement, the new season introduces an interactive segment titled “Nazomaruq” (なぞまるQ), which will follow a weekly alternating format. A question episode will air first on August 7, followed by a dedicated answer episode on August 14, which will be hosted exclusively on the official Fate/Grand Order YouTube channel.
A Surreal Comedic Spin on Chaldea
Adapted from Tsuchida’s popular webmanga serialized on Kadokawa’s TYPE-MOON Comic Ace since June 2020, the anime delivers a surreal, lighthearted comedy spin on the usually dramatic Fate/Grand Order universe.
The narrative centers on Ritsuka Fujimaru, humanity’s last Master, whose innocent yet overly blunt questions throw the legendary Heroic Spirits of Chaldea into total disarray. Following successful anime seasons in 2023, 2024, and late 2025, the short series continues to serve as a beloved staple among fans of the franchise.
